When you connect your social media accounts, you grant PostReel permission to post content on your behalf. You remain solely responsible for all content published through the Service. You may revoke this access at any time through the respective social media platform settings or through your PostReel account.

You agree not to use the Service to:

Publish spam, misleading, or fraudulent content
Violate the terms of service of any connected social media platform
Infringe on any intellectual property rights
Harass, abuse, or harm others
Distribute malware or malicious content

6. Intellectual Property

Content you create and publish through PostReel remains your property. By using the Service, you grant PostReel a limited licence to process and transmit your content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service. You may also delete your account at any time, which will remove your data from our systems within 30 days.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled posts may fail due to platform API changes, outages, or account permission issues.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostReel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
