Data Deletion

Remove Post Reel from Facebook, Instagram or Threads

Removing Post Reel through Meta deletes the data we hold from that connection automatically:

  1. Facebook: go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites).
  2. Instagram: go to Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites. Threads: Settings → Account → Website permissions.
  3. Find Post Reel, choose Remove, and tick the option to delete data Post Reel received.

We then delete the connected Pages, Instagram and Threads accounts linked to you, with their access tokens. Posts scheduled only to those accounts will no longer publish.

Disconnect inside Post Reel

In Post Reel, open Settings → Accounts and disconnect any account. Its access token and connection are deleted straight away.

Delete everything

To delete your whole Post Reel account and all its data, email [email protected] from the address you signed up with. We complete deletion within 30 days, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
